E-Bike Mechanic
Full-timeDiagnose, repair, and tune e-bikes and traditional bikes in our service department (we call it the Hospital). You'll handle everything from flat fixes to motor and battery diagnostics.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in an e-bike or bike shop service department
- Comfortable with hub-drive and mid-drive systems, or eager to learn fast
- Organized, careful with customer bikes, good with people at the counter
Front Desk Assistant
Full-time / Part-timeBe the first face customers see. You'll greet walk-ins, answer phones, set up test rides, check bikes in for service, and help riders find the right fit.
What we're looking for
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking to customers all day
- Retail or customer-service experience is a plus
- No bike experience required — we'll teach you everything you need
Shop Manager
Full-timeRun the day-to-day of the shop: staff scheduling, inventory, vendor orders, and keeping both the sales floor and service department moving.
What we're looking for
- Prior bike shop management experience required
- Strong organizational skills — inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Leads from the floor: happy to sell a bike or turn a wrench when it's busy
